Janet, I first met you when I was teenager (many, many moons ago), Krish was one of my best friends, and I often came over to yours for weekends and longer in the holidays. And I always loved coming round because not only did you go out of your way to make me feel welcome, but you'd always chat and hang out too. I didn’t know any other parents at the time who did this (not to me anyway 😊) and you and Satish were always great fun. You were both so playful, always ready to pull my leg about something. You always had a twinkle in your eye, a mischievous smile and you gave as good as you got. And whenever I visited, you made me feel part of the family. Like your home was mine. And luckily, as I grew older, family links meant I still got to see you most Christmases. I'd pop over for a few hours and it was if I'd seen you only the day before. Laughing, joking, catching up. It was always so lovely. And you were like that with everyone. And that's why everyone loved you so much. So long Janet, I’m glad I had the pleasure of knowing you, and you’re going to be missed, incredibly, by everyone. Big love.
